Scientific Assembly Highlights
Join us as we kick off the Scientific Assembly with a reception in the exhibit hall on Tuesday evening, May 24. The reception provides an excellent opportunity to meet your colleagues and visit with the vendors and our Scientific Assembly supporters.
Please take the time throughout the Scientific Assembly to visit with over 120 of our vendors and supporters in the exhibit hall which opens on Tuesday morning, May 24, and will remain open through Thursday morning, May 26. Without our vendors and supporters, this Scientific Assembly would not be possible. For updated information on the exhibit hall and the vendors who plan to attend, please click here to visit the SOMSA Exhibitors/Sponsors page.

Making Hotel Reservations: Reservations for all hotels may be made by phone or via the direct reservation links located below. For reservations by phone, please be sure to request the SOMA Group ID codes noted below to ensure that you are included in our room block and receive the SOMA discounted room rate. There is a limited number of room’s available at all three hotels at the prevailing per diem rate. When making room reservations please do not book more rooms than necessary. Holding a block of rooms that will be cancelled in the last month prior to the meeting may keep many attendees from staying at the headquarters hotel and cause the organization to lose revenue.
Hotels may sell out prior to the cutoff date, so please make your reservations early. The negotiated SOMSA rates will not be available after the cutoff date of April 29.
